It’s a discussion I have regularly . . . is it possible to develop home fitness without equipment?And every time I have it, I just want to scream at the top of my lungs . . . YES!I know people who are now converted to the home fitness without equipment lifestyle, and swear they’ll never look back. They have ditched the gym membership (saving a small fortune in the process), and enjoy fantastic health and fitness benefits because of it.My friends kid me that I’m anti-gym membership. This is definitely not the case! If you’re a member of a local gym, and you love it, keep it up! Why would you give up something you enjoy?I just don’t think gym memberships are essential to your overall fitness.
